Corum Heritage Coin Indian Head – Ideal Luxury Watch for Celebrating Thanksgiving Day

Corum Heritage Coin Indian Head

This year, the Corum luxury watch brand  has decided to please collectors of the rare 1960s coins. In accordance with the longstanding tradition, this manufactory located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, has added a new wonderful creation to its iconic Corum Heritage watches collection, distinguished by a unique dial made with a 10-dollar coin that is over a hundred years old. At the beginning of the XX century, the United States put into the circulation a limited number of special gold coins with the portrait of an Indian chief, thus returning to the historical roots of the nation. In 1986, it was the first time when Corum turned a handful of these coins into incredible designer watches with captivating aura. Today, this Swiss company introduces the next series of the American history watches by presenting its new Heritage Coin Indian Head model.

Corum Heritage watches

In keeping with the original system of technical methods, the manufactory has divided these coins made of 22 karat yellow gold into two parts. The first one is used for the dial of the Heritage Coin fine watch, which is protected by the anti-glare sapphire crystal. It shows the magnificent eagle feathers forming a headdress of the valiant Indian, emphasized by the traditional technique of enamel painting. Each timepiece is exposed by a certain number of firing procedures at the temperature of over 700°C. Thanks to such a process, blue, white, and red colors gradually appear to embody the national flag of the United States. Besides, the dial bears black classic hands for indicating hours and minutes, and the engraved Corum logo under the 12 o’clock position. The other part of the coin is used for the back side of this luxury watch. Its original engravings commemorate the quintessence of another American emblem: the majestic bald eagle. Besides, this rare and precious coin houses an accurate Swiss-made watch movement.

The 36 mm case of this Swiss watch comes in 18 karat yellow gold. Its thickness is 6.4 mm and water resistance is up to 30 meters. As if prolonging the original engraving on the inner bezel ring, the middle of the case forms a thin fluted motif reminiscent of the expressive crown decorated with a white diamond (approximately 0.17 carats), which is an iconic symbol of Corum Coin high-end watches.

Hidden under the 22 karat yellow gold case back, the automatic movement with 21 rubies, working in the heart of this elegant model, operates with the frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides 42 hours of power reserve. A black crocodile leather strap fitted with an 18 karat yellow gold buckle gives the Heritage Coin luxury watch the final touch of nobility. Such an exclusive timepiece saturated with American symbols can become an ideal watch for celebrating Thanksgiving Day, which is just around the corner. A memorable holiday is guaranteed!
